The Defendant, Laquala Malone, pled guilty in the Shelby County Criminal Court to onecount of aggravated assault. Following a sentencing hearing, the trial court denied theDefendant's application for judicial diversion and imposed a three-year sentence to beserved on supervised probation. The Defendant appeals, arguing that the trial court erredby denying her request for judicial diversion. Discerning no error, we affirm.
