Defendant, Joshua F. Linebarger, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony theft, recklessburning, and assault. For his convictions, the trial court ordered Defendant to serve aneffective ten-year sentence on supervised probation. Less than two months after thejudgments were entered, a violation of probation warrant was issued. Defendant submittedto the violations, and the trial court held a hearing to determine the consequence of hisviolations. The trial court fully revoked Defendant's probation and ordered Defendant toserve his sentences. Defendant appeals. Having reviewed the record and the briefs of theparties, we affirm the trial court's judgments.
