State of Tennessee v. Destiny Hall

Syllabus

The Defendant, Destiny Hall, was convicted at trial of evading arrest through the use of a motor vehicle, and she received aone-year sentence, suspended to probation supervised by community corrections after service of thirty days in confinement. On appeal, the Defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to support her conviction. After review, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
