Syllabus

Defendant, Christopher Allen Keyt, was convicted by a Monroe County jury of possessionwith the intent to sell or deliver 0.5 grams or more of methamphetamine (count one) andpossession of a firearm during the attempt to commit a dangerous felony (count two). Thetrial court sentenced Defendant to thirteen years for count one and four years for count two,to run consecutively. Defendant appeals, arguing that the trial court erred by denying amotion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, that the evidence wasinsufficient to support his convictions, that the trial court erred in qualifying a detective asan expert in the methamphetamine trade in Monroe County, and that the trial court erredby restricting Defendant's questioning of the detective. Upon review of the entire record,the briefs and oral arguments of the parties, and the applicable law, we affirm the judgmentsof the trial court.
