The Defendant, Asata Lowe, appeals from the Blount County Circuit Court's dismissal ofhis Tennessee Criminal Procedure Rule 36 and Rule 36.1 motions for their failure to statecolorable claims. On appeal, the Defendant contends that the trial court erred in summarilydismissing the motions because he stated colorable claims. We affirm the judgment of thetrial court.
