The Defendant, Andrew Steven Bryant, appeals from the Jefferson County Circuit Court'sprobation revocation of his four-year sentence for reckless homicide. On appeal, theDefendant contends that the trial court abused its discretion by revoking his probation andordering him to serve the remainder of his sentence in confinement. We reverse thejudgment of the trial court and remand this case for the trial court to make findingsregarding the Defendant's probation violation and the appropriate consequence for theviolation.
