<p>Decree declaring the general course of and rules for locating the boundary between Oklahoma and Texas on the south bank of Red River; the effects of past and future erosion, accretion and avulsion; the status and.ownership of the area known as the Big Bend, and of certain islands; the rights of inhabitants of Texas to access to the stream; limiting the actual survey to be made to places designated or to be designated; appointing commissioners to run, locate and mark those portions of the boundary, and providing for vacancies and specifying the method of marking and report to be made; with other provisions as to the work of the commission, objections, approval and costs.</p>
