A district court does not abuse its discretion by granting a motion to reopen a party's case-in-chief to present additional evidence during trial pursuant to Minn. R. Crim. P. 26.03, subd. 12(g), even though the moving party does not immediately tender the evidence it seeks to present upon reopening. Affirmed.
