Syllabus

Appellant challenges his unlawful-possession-of-a-firearm conviction, arguing that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained during a search of his vehicle because police (1) unlawfully seized him by approaching his already-stopped vehicle and directing him to roll down his window and (2) unlawfully searched his vehicle without probable cause. We affirm.
