State of Minnesota v. Phillip Charles Jones

Syllabus

Appellant challenges his two first-degree burglary convictions, arguing that (1) the state failed to present sufficient evidence to sustain his convictions and (2) the district court erred by entering convictions on two counts of burglary that arose from the same behavioral incident. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
