In this direct appeal from a final judgment of conviction for possession of a firearm by an ineligible person, appellant argues that the prosecutor committed prejudicial misconduct by misstating his testimony and the defense's learned-treatise evidence during closing argument. Because we conclude that the prosecutor's misconduct did not substantially influence the jury to convict appellant and that the jury's verdict was surely unattributable to the misconduct, we affirm.
