As an element of exceeding a school speed limit in a reduced-speed zone under Minnesota Statutes section 169.14, subdivision 5a(b) (2022), the state must prove that, at the time and location of the charged driving conduct, a school speed limit was made effective by the erection of appropriate signs designating the speed and indicating the beginning and end of the reduced-speed zone. Reversed.
