Syllabus

Appellant challenges his conviction of driving while impaired (DWI) following a stipulated-facts trial. He argues that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated when law- enforcement officers entered the curtilage of his home to inquire about a hit-and-run accident and the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of the encounter. We affirm.
