Syllabus

On appeal from final judgment, appellant argues that his conviction for financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult in count three of the complaint must be reversed because. the state failed to prove the venue element beyond a reasonable doubt. Because the state failed to prove venue for count three, we reverse that count only.
