State of Minnesota v. Jeremy Jermaine Chamberlain
Syllabus
Appellant challenges his conviction of theft of a motor vehicle arguing: (1) the evidence is not sufficient to prove that he knew or had reason to know that the vehicle was stolen, (2) the district court plainly erred by admitting testimony about the 911 call that precipitated his encounter with police, and (3) the prosecutor committed unobjected-to misconduct in closing argument by referencing the 911-call testimony and shifting the burden of proof to appellant. We affirm.
