Appellant challenges his conviction for conspiracy to commit first-degree premeditated murder, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to prove that the conspirators intended to cause the victim's death and that the district court erred in admitting evidence that appellant had considered or planned the death of individuals other than the victim.
