Appellant Devin Matthew Weiland challenges his convictions for attempted first- degree murder, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to prove the elements of intent and premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt. He also argues that the district court erred by entering three convictions for second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon based on the same conduct as the attempted first-degree murder convictions. Weiland raises additional arguments in his pro se supplemental brief. We affirm.
