State of Minnesota v. Bryant Jerome Stephenson
Syllabus
In this appeal following remand for resentencing, appellant challenges his sentence for second-degree intentional murder. Appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion by imposing a 367-month sentence—the top of the presumptive range provided by the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines—without explanation. Because we conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion by imposing a presumptive 367-month sentence, we affirm.
