1. Minn. Stat. § 611A.54 (2022) applies only to the issuance of reparations, not restitution. ∗ Retired judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, serving by appointment pursuant to Minn. Const. art. VI, § 10. 2. Minn. Stat. § 611A.045, subd. 2a (2022), requires a district court to include in every restitution order a payment schedule or structure. Affirmed in part and remanded.
