Syllabus

1. Whether the indictment, charging numerous counts of child molestation but lacking specific dates and locations of the offenses, violated defendant's due process rights for lack of adequate notice and double jeopardy exposure and, relatedly, whether the state was restricted by A.R.S § 13-1417 to pursuing only a charge of continuous sexual abuse. 2. Whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to exclude as hearsay the child's statements reporting sexual abuse to teachers and, if so, whether their admission was harmless. 3. Whether the trial court abused its discretion in admitting certain portions of a recorded telephone call of a witness interview by police and redacted police videos of defendant's statements.
