Syllabus
1. Did the trial court err in refusing to sever the counts pertaining to each individual victim on the basis that the counts \are alleged to have been a part of a common scheme or plan\ under Rule 13.3(a)(3), Ariz. R. Evid., or because the evidence supporting the counts \would be admissible if the offenses were tried separately\ under Rule 13.4(b), Ariz. R. Evid.? See also Ariz. R. Evid. 404(b)(2). 2. If so, has the state established the harmlessness of any such error?
