1. Whether a juror, whose spouse is employed as a corrections officer by the law enforcement agency that investigated the case, qualifies as an interested person under A.R.S. § 21-211(2), such that the juror is disqualified from sitting on the jury pursuant to State v. Eddington, 228 Ariz. 361 (2011). 2. Whether A.R.S. § 13-4442, which allows a facility dog to accompany a minor victim while he or she is testifying in court, is unconstitutional, facially and as applied under the circumstances of this case. 3. Whether the trial court erred by permitting a DNA analyst to testify about the statements and opinions of other non-testifying lab team members.
