Syllabus

Relator failed to establish that respondent is under a clear legal duty to provide the requested relief. Respondent's conclusion that relator violated the terms of his parole was supported by substantial evidence. Having found no error of law or other evidentiary defects in the magistrate's decision, we adopt that decision in its entirety and deny relator's petition for a writ of mandamus.
