Syllabus

Appellant seeks a writ of mandamus to order the parole board to hold a hearing to reconsider the evidence and find him not guilty of parole violations. The court adopts the magistrate's decision denying writ of mandamus as there is no clear legal duty on the part of the respondent to provide such relief, and there remains an adequate remedy in the ordinary course of the law. Writ of mandamus denied.
