The magistrate appropriately found that the Industrial Commission of Ohio did not abuse its discretion in awarding injured worker a percentage of permanent partial disability (\PPD\) based on a number that fell between the numbers reported by two physicians who had examined injured worker. Writ of mandamus denied.
