- 2026 Ohio 1822
Syllabus
Relator failed to file an objection to the magistrate's recommendation to deny his writ of mandamus. The magistrate found that relator failed to establish that respondent had a clear legal duty to alter the calculation of his prison term or the date of his first hearing before the parole board. Finding no error of law or other defect evident on the face of the magistrate's decision, it is adopted in full and the relator's complaint is denied.
