Syllabus

On objections to magistrate's decision recommending denial of employer's mandamus petition to vacate Industrial Commission's order finding son of deceased employee to be a partial dependent on deceased employee. Industrial Commission's order was supported by some evidence, and Industrial Commission did not abuse its discretion in awarding benefits to son of deceased employee. Objections overruled and writ of mandamus denied.
