Appellant's petition for a writ of mandamus seeking an order directing the Franklin County Sheriff to modify the deposits collected for foreclosure sales according to his idiosyncratic interpretation of R.C. 2329.211 did not allege facts demonstrating that he had the beneficial interest that is a prerequisite to standing as a relator in such an action.
