<p>OFFICE AND OFFICERS.</p> <p>Jelke, Swing and Giffen, JJ.</p> <p>Offices of County School Examinee and Councilman are Incompatible.</p> <p>The election to the. office of councilman of a person who holds the office of county school examiner and is also a teacher in the schools of the city contravenes the provisions of Sec. 120 of the municipal code (Rev.
