A complaint for writ of mandamus was dismissed where the relator possessed an adequate remedy at law in the form of an appeal. Even though the underlying action was dismissed without prejudice, in virtually identical circumstances this court determined that the order dismissing a forcible entry and detainer action without prejudice was a final appealable order under R.C. 2505.02.
