Procedendo, jail-time credit, moot, R.C. 2969.26(A) and (C). Relator seeks a writ of procedendo to require respondent judge to render ruling with regard to a motion for jail-time credit. Complaint for procedendo is moot because ruling has been issued with regard to motion for jail-time credit. In addition, the relator has failed to comply with the mandatory requirements of R.C. 2969.25(A) and (C).
