Syllabus

The court overrules relator's objections and adopts the magistrate's decision, recommending that this court grant respondent's motion for summary judgment and deny relator's request for a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Director, Ohio Bureau of Sentence Computation, to award him an additional 165 days of jail-time credit.
