<p>JUSTICE OF THE PEACE — VACANCY IN OFFICE — HOW FILLED.</p> <p>General Statutes, § 308, et seq., providing that a vacancy in the office of justice of the peace shall be filled by an election, are superseded by art. 11, sec. 6 of the constitution, providing that all vacancies in precinct officers shall be filled by appointment of the board of county commissioners.</p>
