<p>Mandamus—Performance of Officlal Duty—Application—Dismissal.</p> <p>A petition for a rule to show cause why a writ of peremptory mandamus should not issue to compel the Governor to appojnt registration officers in accordance with Act of Gen. Assem. April 5, 1917 (29 Del. Laws, c. Ill), § 2, will be dismissed, where an inspection of the list attached to the petition showed that the Governor had performed his duty under the statute.</p>
