<p>Mandamus — Transfer of Corporate Stock.</p> <p>Mandamus will issue to compel the transfer of shares of stock on the corporate books and the issuance of a proper certificate to the owner, where there is no real dispute as to ownership and the transfer has been made in accordance with the conditions of the act of incorporation.</p> <p>(.Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
