Relator's request for writs of prohibition was granted in part where relator sought to prohibit a judge and magistrate from sua sponte amending an agreement to civil protection order because the respondents lacked jurisdiction to do so. The writ was granted as to these respondents because they lacked jurisdiction to sua sponte amend a final order. A writ was denied as to a second judge and magistrate because they had subject-matter jurisdiction and authority to order a supervised custody evaluation in the course of determining a nonparty's motion for parental visitation despite a protection order.
