Pursuant to a recent decision from the Ohio Supreme Court, the statutory requirement that an inmate's affidavit of prior filings must give a \brief description of the nature of the civil action or appeal\ was satisfied when an inmate described his sole prior civil action simply as a \Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.\
