The magistrate's recommendation to dismiss this original action for want of an inmate affidavit describing other civil actions filed by the inmate within the last five years is well taken. Although the earlier case cited by the magistrate may not have been a civil action, the court takes judicial notice of various civil actions filed by the inmate within the relevant timeframe.
