<p>Primary Elections. Contests. Jxidicial review. Mandamus. Recounts. Jurisdiction.</p> <p>The circuit court has no jurisdiction of a suit:—</p> <p>(a) To contest the result of a political party primary election; nor by mandamus.</p> <p>(&) To compel the executive committee of a political party to recanvass the votes east at such an election.</p>
