An order granting an appeal is necessary for its maintenance, and where, in an appeal from a justice’s court, there is no such order in the record, and it is not shown, by evidence dehors the record, that one had been granted, the appeal is properly dismissed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
