<p>Courts — Supreme Court — Jurisdiction.</p> <p>The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction of a mandamus suit brought for the purpose of compelling a district attorney to join relators in a suit, not yet instituted, to annul a municipal charter, or to recuse himself, so that a district attorney pro tern, might be appointed for the same purpose.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
