<p>Justice of the peace holding ofdce January i, 1913 — Entitled to serve until expiration of term of otñce.</p> <p>A justice of the peace, holding office January 1, 1913, is entitled to serve as such official until the expiration of the term of office to which he has been elected, and the adoption of the amendments to the Constitution, September 3, 1912, did not deprive him of that right.</p>
