<p>Railroad company may construct railroad — With doth terminals in same city — Authority of section 3270, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>A railroad company duly incorporated, is authorized under the provisions of section 3270, Revised Statutes, to construct, maintain and operate a railroad having both of its terminal points wholly within the same city.</p>
