Syllabus

Dismissal of inmate's mandamus action is required where the inmate fails to comply with R.C. 2969.25(C) by filing an affidavit containing a statement of the balance in his inmate account for each of the preceding six months as certified by the institutional casher. Failure to comply with the mandatory requirements of R.C. 2969.25(C) cannot be cured by subsequent amendment to the inmate's affidavit. Objections to magistrate's decision overruled action dismissed.
