Syllabus
<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>TEe law maker having vested the District Courts with jurisdiction to appoint receivers in certain specified eases, and having provided other remedies and other modes of procedure in other cases, the exercise of the jurisdiction so vested must be confined to the cases specified; and prohibition will lie to restrain further action in the matter of the eon parte appointment of a' receiver in a ease not included in such specification.</p>
