Relator's complaint for writ of mandamus was sua sponte dismissed where R.C. 149.351 provides the exclusive remedy for claims for improper destruction or threatened destruction of public records is to file an action in a common pleas court. Accordingly, this court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction over these claims. Even if subject-matter jurisdiction existed, the complaint must still be dismissed because R.C. 149.351 provides an adequate remedy at law, precluding relief in mandamus.
