<p>Street Raieway — City oe Coeumbia — Ordinance.—Under the acts of the legislature incorporating the Columbia Electric Street Railway, Light and Power Company, the city council of Columbia has the right to pass and enforce an ordinance prohibiting said company from running its cars in the streets without conductors.</p>
