<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Practice, Supreme Court — Foreign Corporation — Ouster— Action of Charter Board. In a proceeding in the nature of quo warranto, brought by the state to oust a foreign corporation from the exercise of corporate franchises in this state, this court will not review the action of the charter board in refusing an application made to it by defendant for permission to transact business here.</p> <p>2. Constitutional Law — Federal Question not Presented. The allegations of the answer considered and held not to present a federal question.</p>
