Syllabus
<p>1. Municipal Corporations. Fire company. Forfeiture of charter.</p> <p>The absence of willful wrong or neglect does not excuse a corporation. formed to aid the public political functions of a municipality, for a failure to perform the duties for which it was created; or, if the legislature so declares, save the forfeiture of its charter.</p> <p>2. Same. Ordinances. Bad. faith in passage.</p> <p>Municipal ordinances cannot be avoided by the imputation of bad faith in their passage.</p>
