Syllabus

A writ of prohibition was proper to stop a judge from enforcing a gag order restricting the parties from speaking to any news outlets where the record did not contain evidence indicating such an order was necessary, nor any evidence indicating the judge fully considered any less restrictive alternatives before issuing the gag order at issue.
